What exists today
The Berea Initiative is in its founding stage. Our three programme pillars are in development, and we say so on every programme page rather than presenting plans as achievements.
How we describe our work
We do not publish participant numbers, outcomes or partner names until they are real and verifiable. Where we have nothing yet to report, the page says nothing yet.
How funds are used
Contributions fund programme delivery — mentorship coordination, workshop materials and the opportunities directory. We will publish an annual summary of income and expenditure once a first full cycle is complete.
Independence
Our research findings and programme decisions are not conditioned on the interests of any funder, and we will decline support that comes with such conditions.
